Jafza convention center food court office complex and hotel
Leighton International, through its 45%-owned associate Al Habtoor Engineering, has been awarded a contract by the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) for the construction of a Convention Centre in Dubai.
Located on Shaikh Zayed Road, the JAFZA Convention Centre complex will feature:
- twin towers for the convention centre
- A food court
- A 33-storey office complex
- A 7 storey hotel.
The Convention Centre will cater for JAFZA's continuous business growth, and as the Middle East's international business hub.
Authority plans to construct the Convention Center Complex, a 72,700 sq. m. mixed-use development located across Sheikh Zayed Road.
