Many clients hold back 5-10% of the project fee until the complete set of As-built drawings have been handed over. With WRENCHâ„¢, instead of waiting for overworked project managers to compile and verify the required set of drawings, the latest version (As built versions) are already available in the system. So you can collect the full fee at the time of project completion.
In WRENCH™ at any given time the ‘valid’ or ‘current’ documents are those that have actually been released for construction after revision. So when the component or deliverable is completed, the system by default contains the as-built versions - simply extract and hand over to your client. No followup, no post-mortems, no confusion.
