CAD / CAD Xrefs

Xrefs (external references from one to another CAD drawing) are a great way to make and share changes in technical drawings. They keep file size down and allow multiple users to work on individual components. Unfortunately, most EDMS do not handle Xrefs (the files are just combined, zipped, and stored) and so most project companies do not get the full benefit of the this extremely useful AUTOCAD feature.
