WRENCH™ is the ideal way to enforce and monitor any kind of step-by-step sequence. This is especially true of the processes associated with a project’s work breakdown structure (WBS). For example, drawing up and communicating the WBS need no longer be a tedious and time-consuming chore – instead it can be a proactive and system-driven activity, enforced and managed automatically by WRENCH. This means that project managers can draw up flowcharts, plan and allocate resources, assign specific ‘to do lists’ to each resource and so on - all from their desktop. Once the WBS is released in WRENCH™, each engineer/resource gets his own individual ‘dashboard’ which shows the status of his workload, his correspondence, pending tasks etc.
