Functional Module

These are the following module. Here we show you a brief snapshot of some of the main functional modules in WRENCH Enterprise™. - Project Information Module:
This module captures the detail information on the project such as project no, project description, project type etc., Project specific definitions and resource assigned to various roles in the project are specified here. This information provided in this module is used in subsequent modules and thus automatically assigning data to common data which need the project specific information hence reducing the manual efforts.
- Work break down structure Module (WBS)
In this module the work break down structure of a project can be created or can be imported from standard project management software's such as Primavera or MS Project. To the task in the WBS the schedule start, Schedule finish dates and other planning information can be specified. As the task get processed through it pre-defined processes the status of the task is automatically updated. The legends specified against each task displays the actual status of the task.
- Workflow Module:
Provides facility to define the work process for any deliverable. The graphically engine of the workflow module assist to create serial, parallel, sequential and user definable work process. To the activities in the workflow the user roles, % weightage, lead time and user defined checklist can be assigned. The deliverables can be driven by the processes specified in the workflow module. The user assigned to an activity is notified automatically as per the workflow and by a mail.
- Document management Module:
The module provides facility to attach, check-in, check-out drawings and documents created using common CAD software's and documentation software's. The version and revision history of the documents is maintained automatically as the document is modified. The integrated Viewer enables to view drawings and document which support over 350 commonly used file formats and also can be integrated with external viewing software's. The drawing and documents can be printed online and the status of the document as Approved or Work in progress is printed as a water mark and the print log is maintained.
- To-Do-list or Workspace Module:
This module displays the list of list of task assigned to a user. The To-do-list list the task, the documents, change request, change notes and action items from Minutes of the meeting. This module provides access to the other modules when the user process the task from the To-do-list.
- Transmittal Module:
Transmittal can be created with user defined format and released electronically to the client, vendor, other units or to other discipline.
- Change management Module:
This module provide facility to raise the change request, specify the change required, reason for change and route the change request for approval through a pre-defined workflow. The changes made can be documented in a note and can be routed through a workflow for approval.
- Search Module:
This module enables to search for document based on any of the linked attributes or based on the content of the document or drawing. Multiple search criteria can be specified by choose multiple document properties or project attributes. Based on the criteria the data is displayed and specific document or group of documents can be selected and print request or copy request can be initiated.
- Minute of the meeting Module:
Using this module the minutes of the meeting action items can be created and each action can be assigned to specific user and action completion date can be specified for each action. The actionnees is notified in the To-Do-list when the minutes of the meeting is released and the actions can be updated by the actionee.
- Report module:
Dynamic reports can be generated based on the real-time data captured through the processes defined in WRENCH. Reports can be printed in pre-defined formats or user defined reports can be created by mapping the fields in WRENCH to the report format using real time data dash boards can be configured.
- Other Modules:
There are other module such as administration module to create users, user group, document types, disciplines, document characteristics etc., and other utility modules such as print manager, scan manager, Time sheet, Checklist, Ideation, Correspondence Management and Knowledge Management.
