Multiple Server Vault Deployment

WRENCH Enterprise^™ operates on the Multiple Server Vault (MSV) model which is best suited for deploying WRENCH Enterprise^™ across geographically separated enterprise. The MSV model facilitates documents to be stored locally where they are created and maintained. At the same time, the MSV model also provides centralized management of data. This model offers the best possible response time and documents could be accessed across the organization within the minimum time. The Central server and database server is to be located on any server, which has adequate connectivity. The main server can be within the DMZ of the firewall, as long as a secure connectivity through HTTP is available for a client from internet zone to the server.

Enterprise File Distribution using Real-time Replication

WRENCH enables the centralized management & distribution of data across an enterprise by the process of Replication. Replication refers to the simple process of maintaining a copy of a set of data on a different computer, local to the point of use. When changes are made to the original data, they are synchronized with the replicated files. WRENCH can maintain multiple replications at various locations and synchronize them when the original is modified/edited. When files are updated on one server, the file replication service replaces the corresponding files on other servers and workstations with the updated files. The replication process increases file delivery speed as the replication locations are local to the point of use. The system detects the files that are most frequently used by a user or a group of users and ensures that the latest updated versions are available in satellite servers in locations that are closest to the user.
